This is the dossier here: the story of a person or a company within this soap opera, told in order, with a date at each step and a link to the source of each statement. Rumor is marked as rumor, and thesis without two sources is not included.

The first seven have already been defined and will emerge one by one. Each one pulls the milestones from the timeline that talk about it, so you can read the dossier alone or within the complete story.

Henry Cavill
Zack Snyder's Superman

Zack Snyder looked at a 27-year-old Englishman coming from a TV series and saw Superman. It worked: Cavill became the face of the universe and the only actor to play the character in four consecutive films. In 2022 he announced his return because the studio told him to, and eight weeks later DC's new management undid everything. He never asked to leave, and the cape remains in the closet.

Gal Gadot
The Wonder Woman that Zack Snyder discovered

She was picking up the pieces to quit acting when the phone rang and it was Zack Snyder. She became the Wonder Woman of an entire generation, held the character for ten years and, in 2026, was the first of the original cast to tell out loud how the studio treated her colleagues. And he stated, in a single sentence, in what condition she returns.

Ben Affleck
Zack Snyder's Batman

Zack Snyder called an Oscar-winning director to take on the mantle and received a blow from the whole world for it. Then the film came out and Affleck's Batman was the oldest, toughest and most injured Batman ever filmed. He was going to write and direct his own Bat movie, lost the project during the reformulation of the universe, went through the worst year of his life and still came back when Snyder called for the 2021 cut.

Ray Fisher
Zack Snyder's Cyborg

He was a theater actor, with almost no film credit, when Zack Snyder sat him at the creative table before there was a script and made him the first black superhero in that universe. Victor Stone's arc was the heart of the film, it disappeared in the 2017 version and returned in its entirety in the 2021 cut. In the middle of this he said what he thought he had to say, knowing the cost, and continued working.

James Gunn
The screenwriter of Snyder's first film who now heads DC

In 2004, James Gunn wrote Dawn of the Dead, the film that gave Zack Snyder his first directorial chair. Twenty years later he stayed with DC and started over from scratch the universe that Snyder had built. The two get along well, respect each other and say so in public. They are not best friends, and for Snyder the subject is difficult: in September 2026 he said that he was unable to watch the new Superman because it is personal and has too much baggage. This dossier tells the facts on both sides, and does not hide which side this house is on.

The studio that bet on Snyder and changed hands four times

No director, no actor and no fan campaign changed the fate of the SnyderVerse as much as Warner's boardroom. In thirteen years the studio has had four owners, six different heads of DC films and two attempts to start everything from scratch. Whoever was doing the work got in the middle of it. This is the timeline on the other side of the table, with date and source for each command change.

Restore the SnyderVerse
The campaign that took a film out of the drawer and never turned off the microphone

It started as a petition from a Puerto Rican fan six days before the premiere of Justice League and ended with a four-hour film airing and more than half a million dollars raised for suicide prevention. No other public movement changed a studio decision of this size. Then came the second part, which is still being written: removing the two sequels that Zack Snyder drew from the drawer.
